It is amazing how our inner thoughts just literally stops us in our tracks. It almost paralyzes us and we simply cannot go forward. I put up a sign in my studio that said "Stop Over Thinking." I looked at it often and it finally turned my thinking around. I stopped listening to my inner negative thoughts and decided to just start painting.
